Napa Technology, LLC was formed in early 2005 after its founders, Nick Moezidis, Jeffrey Brooks and Morris Taradalsky reunited to develop a unique cutting edge product which fed their individual passions for wine. Shortly thereafter, they were joined by a fourth wine enthusiast and high tech industry veteran Ross Rittiman. Today Napa Technology, LLC, is a successful developer and provider of on-demand Intelligent Dispensing Solutions comprised of modular hardware dispensing appliances and transaction management software targeted to drive hospitality industry revenues, operational efficiency and profits. The goal is to enable restaurants, hotels and wine retailers to grow new revenues, reduce product shrinkage and spoilage, and improve employee accountability and efficiency, in fiercely competitive markets. By using WineStation, Napa Technology hospitality customers will be able to offer the joy and experience of wine tasting, wine by the glass, paired wine and food offerings, and in-suite service to their guests and customer.
